2. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

• Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, and order volume. Next Level Pizza is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After this window, cancellations are subject to our discretion. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please contact us before ordering if you have severe allergies.
