1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Next Level Pizza website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders placed through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, and order volume. Next Level Pizza is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After this window, cancellations are subject to our discretion. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Allergen Information
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please contact us before ordering if you have severe allergies.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Next Level Pizza and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to the practices described therein.
Your mobile number and your agreement to receive our texts are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. For our deal texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply (see section 9).
9. Text Messages (SMS)
Deals by text is our text program for new deals, limited-time offers and specials. You join only if you choose to: by tapping “Text me deals” on our website (at the foot of a page, after an order, or at nextlevelpizza.net/texts) or on the customer screen at our counter, by telling our staff you'd like them when you order in person or by phone, or by ticking the box on your account page. Joining is never required to order.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. These are charges from your own mobile carrier, under your phone plan; Next Level Pizza never charges you for texts.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them; we'll send one message to confirm. You can also turn them off on your account page.
- Reply HELP for help, or call us on (818) 646-8222.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We don't sell or share your phone number, or your agreement to receive texts, with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service that sends our texts.
- Texts about your account and orders — verification codes, order updates — are separate and aren't covered by this program.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Level Pizza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
